This is my first attempt at shooting Field Lacrosse.
Any advice on how to improve will be appreciated.

All with D100, AF 80-200 f/2.8 D ED, on Mafrotto 618B w/3232 head
ISO 400, 1/1000, f/8

nice job. A little tighter on the framing and less DOF would make them awesome.

Hi Joe. I agree with Lecter's comments. Timing is fine, just tighter and f4.

Reducing the DoF is understood and should be easy, most of the games will be at night under the lights. But to tighten the crop, do you sacrifice aspect ratio to get it tight?

Same aspect ratio...longer lens or position to try to get the one or two players full frame. It would be great to see some of the emotion in the player's faces.
