I have a problem, besides Photoshop, what is the best and/or fastest software for large workflow?
I need to be able to put captions in my images before I upload them to my clients.
Suggestions on the best and/or fastest ways to do this.
Thanks for the help

In Photoshop use file info. You need to enter the appropriate IPTC info. ie caption, slugs, date, location, origin, etc. Each agency usually has a specific style that they want followed. I'm amazed you did not get a style sheet from them. The IPTC info is as important as the picture. Or another way to put it is the picture is worthlesss without it. Spelling, grammer, accuracy and adherence to the style is of major importance as well.

Believe me Steve, I know the IPTC info is just as important as the photos.
I knew that before the events, but the problem is I'm having problems with my Photoshop and it wouldn't load. I need to know a other program besides PS that will let me edit the IPTC info?
Everything was at such a rush at first the agency DID NOT send me ANYKIND of style sheet. I had to ask them, and they sent me an actual image, an example they said of the way they want the images.
Man, they probably canned my a**!:o

Nope, I think I might need to format this PC.
I tried deleting and reloading PS CS2 and I had the same problems.
Weird, I don't know if I got hit with a virus or something, who knows...

Well, I talked with my boss, and he said the two best programs out there that most people use are called:
Photo Station (I can't find it yet)
And
Photo Mechanic
Just thought I'd post that in case anybody else needs the help.
And if you know where to find Photo Station let me know.
He said it was pretty high priced.

Joey, I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by "captions in images", if it's what I think by entering your information in "file info" in PS you can make an action to do it pretty easily. I used to have general info I put in my images like that and it just took one click of the action I created to do so.
