Why can't I post in other threads?

Ok, I may have missed something but I can't seem to post in other threads. Any ideas why? I posted an introduction and that was fine and I can post here.:confused:

you do not have permission to post or the admin might have disabled your account and something else I cant remb.
Also here in the little box down under the posts titled posting rules it says I may do this and that. But in other areas it says you may not.
I also can't up load an avitar and when I up load pics to a album they don't show????

I did find some of my pics bu tthey are not in the album I set up?

Usually when I upload pics I upload to dphoto members gallery. When you do that your pics go on Today's Photos and into your own member gallery. I never bothered to set up any albums.
