Bobcat Pics & Videos

A friend caught some pics of bobcats where we run.



He runs with his dogs, who have treed bobcats on several occasions. Pics were taken different days.

I have had bobcats walk in front of me... they generally don't pay too much attention or get excited by people.

He uses a Canon A720 (I started using a Nikon Coolpix).... anything else is too big and cumbersome to run with.

Enjoy! I just love seeing these beautiful animals out there :)

Also, I caught up with dphoto's Skaggitswimmer (Stephen Schwartz) and Cox at the Marin Headlands this past weekend. Got a few pics of Michael capturing a Coyote..... unfortunately, didn't get any of Stephen as we ended up meeting him in Sausalito for lunch.... and by that time I was more interested in eating that taking pics, so left the camera behind! (It was a great lunch, great company) and was fun to meet dphoto'ers, both out in the field and in town!
