HMMMMM - at $20,000 Euros for the body - plus having to buy proprietary lenses and accessories- I guess I miss what the market is. For studio work, the Hasselblad or other medium format digital camera at 50 MPX would still be my choice (if I needed a studio camera.) For field work, how much would you gain - and would you really want to a single camera worth over 20,000 Euros through a field assignment? Then who could afford a second body - since the lenses fit no other body?
I read someone else's comment who said it was a great gimic for amateurs with unlimited budgets and the need for the best "toys." Kind of like driving a Lamborghini on a Chicago expressway - never can do more than 35 MPH!

This is my feeling about this too.
Also, Leica has not produced a decent digital camera yet.
I tried one of their Digilux things, it sits in a cupboard somewhere...
soft and junky!
