Welcome to the Week-Long Challenge!!
For those of you who haven't participated before, this is an open challenge, meaning there is no specific topic for you to shoot!
If you're new to Dphoto, don't be shy!!! Submit a photo for the challenge, who knows, you might just win!! If you're not a member yet, sign up-it only takes a minute, (click HERE (http://www.dphoto.us/forum/register.php)to sign up) then submit a photo for the challenge. Don't forget to come back to the Week Long Challenge Poll and vote for your favorite!!
In the next week submit your best photo(yes only one!) to this thread (there isn't any reason you can't change your photo while submissions are still being accepted!).
Photos submitted for the challenge must have been shot within the last three weeks (no scouring your archives for the best shot on your hard drive!). Obviously this will be on the honor system as exif doesn't get attached with the photos although I will check from time to time on photo's I think are close. Thanks for everyones cooperation!
*Please don't post a link but rather the actual photo. You can usually copy/paste your photo directly into the thread or you can paste the tag. Click HERE (http://www.dphoto.us/forum/showthread.php?t=7787) for some illustrated help for posting your image.
**Please give your photo a title!!** (otherwise I will make something up for your photo{which I [I]have done!}-and you might not like it!)
At about 8:30a.m. (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time US & Canada) next Thursday, no further photo's will be accepted for the challenge. At that time a poll will be set up which will extend through the weekend for you to vote for your favorite submission(you don't have to submit a photo to vote!)!
Monday morning the poll will close and we will crown the winner with the coveted Week Long Challenge Winner thingy!!
So, good luck, get shooting and as always, remember to HAVE FUN!! :D
