New highest rated formula
Looks like the list of highest rated photos is rather static. I would have thought the number of votes would matter. The photo at the top of list ("Jen") has only one vote.
Also, maybe it would be fun to have Top Photos of the Week [Month, Year] lists too. Those would certainly be less static.

The way it's set up, is descending order by date. But even that's a bit off...looks like another project.
