A Fast Laptop - Good Windows Experience Score
About that time to hit the road. I wanted to speed up and add some power to my work laptop. With an i7 720qm processor and a Corsair 256 SSD and Windows 7, I can cold boot to a working desktop in 36 sec, and Photoshop opens and is functional in less than 2 sec. Image processing is very fast as well. A couple of shots of disc performance and Windows Experience index:
