Some soccer with the Mark II...

Well I thought I had posted this once, but either I dozed off or it went into the bit bucket. I'll try again and hope it doesn't turn up twice.

Still sorting it out, and the C1 software is beta and still very much in transition, and this was a rush job with insufficient attention to color balance, exposure comp etc., caveat, disclaimer, don't judge, etc. etc. But I can tell I'm really going to like this camera.

It's been pointed out to me that they're a bit on the greenish side, which is indeed true [EDIT: but no longer as reprocessed, see below]. They're on AWB and I didn't touch the color at all. Did a *very* little quick exposure and contrast fiddling in the conversion, and BreezeBrowser applies some USM when it generates the HTML and jpgs, so that's all. Note that color balance is still very much in the tweaking stage in the C1 beta, which is why I haven't spent much (well, any) time on it, and why you shouldn't judge that aspect -- or much of any other, really.

This is second round of the Georgia AAAA playoffs, BTW. Complete game with EXIF and slideshow at http://www.toulme.net/sports/woodwar...rier/index.htm

Green Goblins Gone...

I've now reprocessed these shots with the new C1 beta, still on AWB, still no color correction. Better?
