ZZ Top closed out the SOLD OUT 1st annual Rock the Range Festival in Columbus, OH along with Evanescence, Hinder, Velvet Revolver and Buckcherry. Two days prior to the show, the rock icons cancelled their European tour so that Dusty Hill (bass) can undergo treatment for a benign growth in his inner ear that's affecting his hearing. In a recent statement, Hill’s doctor said: "In the near-term, we plan to stabilize Dusty's hearing and symptoms with medication and a conservative management strategy.”. ZZ Top, long time veterans, and one of true legends in in guitar boogie/blues rock gave a great performance headlining a list of ands whose most members were'nt even born when ZZ Top began their illustrious career.
