Though the acrobatics shots are more dramatic - and I would concur that 'Risen' is the strongest of the images that you posted from the event - there is something about the composition of this one which makes it my favourite of the bunch. Not sure why though...

Thanks David, I know what you mean, I couldn't put my finger on it either. There is a lot going on and it's colorful. Maybe it's just a different view, most photographers I seen there were right in the front where there wasn't any people blocking their shot, and I was there as well but then I made sure to move around to look for different perspectives. Getting the people in the shot seemed only natural, they were as much a part of the event as the planes.

I Agree with David. I think it might be that the people in front of the airplane are so relaxed and almost doesn't seen to notice that there are two airplaines flying just behind them...
