Okay, these are probably getting old, but I shot some more this morning, and finished the gig. My expertise (or lack thereof, more precisely) with lighting and backdrops notwithstanding, I was happy with how this came out. I used a 50mm, wide open (f/1.8) to get the flowers crisp, and the tea setting OoF. I'm not really happy with the background lighting. I was using natural light from the left with a reflector card on the right. I'm reasonably happy with it as a first effort in product shooting. Time to make some lights...
