This is very interesting! A bit of post-processing is visible in color and contrast, but it adds a very nice 70ies flair to it!
(And it's giving me ideas: I'll have to try to shoot Sacre Coeur dark like this, I only have bad cheery touristy shots of it so far...)

Poor Sacre Coeur has had a fair bit of post-process treatment for this one... 
I did a sky replacement on the shot a while back - which had a variety of colouring implications - and today I decided to try a version with straightening up the verticals (originally a 24mm shot tilted a fair bit upwards). I did not bring all the verticals to totally straight - since I wanted a touch of convergence to suggest some height...
