It's a shot that has promise. What I like: the color hues, the soft reflection, the fall foliage. What I think could be easily fixed in post-processing: level out the waterline, increase the saturation a little, try a curve to boost contrast on the light portions -especially the buildings- and to retain more detail in the trees. Maybe you have another shot with the buildings less central (both up-down and left-right), otherwise a little cropping from the bottom and the right could make the composition a bit snazzier.
Sorry, this sounds really negative, but I do like the shot, it just hasn't achieved its true potential yet.

It doesn't sound negative, I love this shot and I played around with it alittle bit but couldn't sfigure out what else to do. I just got a new lap top and it had a program called Apeture on it and I am still trying to figure it out.
