Not photoshopped.... that rainbow cloud is the center is really there.... they are the result of an atmospheric condition called Sundogs. This one is not as clear and distinct as one I saw a few weeks ago, but I at least had my camera this time. They are quite beautiful to see and I had never seen them before.
